5. Star Wars Logo
Summary
This design is formed by two divided pieces. Perfect for geek’s houses!
You will need black and yellow filament (or just use acrylic paint). I used the “stop at height” Cura plugin to change the filament to yellow. With the original file, I recommend stopping at the height of 27 mm (with a total height of 30 mm)
UPDATE: You can also use the split versions, just print the bottom part in black and the upper part in yellow and glue it together.
The result, in my opinion, is very cool, I hope you like it!

4. Clone Trooper Helmet Phase 2 Star Wars
Summary
Edit 1/14/17: Some people pointed out that the three long stripes on the sides were not right, so I fixed that in the models labeled “v3”. I also changed the size to what I could find on the internet as the correct size of the helmet.
Edit 12/22/17: I had a couple of people point out that the “teeth” on the helmet were incorrect. The files with the “v2” are the version with the corrected teeth. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Edit 12/19/17: Part 5 and Part 6 were the same pieces. I fixed part 6.
This is a Clone Trooper helmet phase 2. I wanted to add something Star Wars for this new Star Wars movie.
The hole on the bottom to fit your head is way too small with these types of helmets. To fix this, parts 7 and 18 could be used as a piece that can be attached with magnets.
This helmet was sized for an adult male. Check the pdf file for dimensions. Units are in millimeters.

3. Fillenium Malcon Easy Print Remix
Summary
Yet another remix of the iconic spaceship from Star Wars. This one is split and oriented for easy printing, with each half resting securely on the bed. Alignment pegs ensure everything is positioned perfectly during assembly. All pieces print with NO support, NO raft, NO brim, and NO infill.
Printing at normal size yields a model with overall dimensions of about 131mm wide by 191mm long. Scaling up to 155% makes the front half around 191mm tall on the bed, for a completed size of 207mm wide by 297mm long.
The last few photos show a quick test I made to check the fitting of the pegs.
UPDATE: I have uploaded an alternative version, this time sliced into 3 pieces. The rear section (the part that prints upside down) is about as small as I dared to make it without sacrificing stability for the middle section. Middle and front sections will require some minimal infill (5% suggested) as there are internal structures to be supported. The rear section should not need any infill. You should also print four of the alignment pegs.
I have not printed the 3-piece version yet; let me know if you discover any problems.

2. Collapsing Lightsaber (Removable Blade)
Summary
This Lightsaber has a removable collapsing blade that can be printed separately in a different color. The hilt is designed with a screw-on cap to insert the blade after printing.
The hilt is 209mm long with the cap installed, but it expands to over 950mm in total length with the collapsing blade installed!
The Lightsaber is designed to be printed with a 4mm nozzle so that the blade will be two shells thick. I had weird issues with blobs and zits at retraction, which I normally don’t have until I turn on “wipe” and “coast.” This results from the thin walls with a narrow clearance between the blade segments. Every printer is different, but I had good luck with a .15mm coast and a 3mm wipe on my MK3.
If you are printing the blade with translucent filament, there is no way to get around the seams. I created files for separate blade segments printed in vase mode, .85mm thick. I used a .8mm nozzle from Filastruder with .5mm layer heights, but I am told that a .4mm nozzle set to a .85mm extrusion width will also work.
There is a file named “test print”. If this works, you shouldn’t have an issue. If it fuses together, I suggest adjusting your cost, wipe, or extrusion multiplier settings.
