Interesting Home Decor Ideas For 3D Printing You’ll Love Orbital. Structural printing. Print-In-Place lamp
Usually, when printing objects, walls, and filling are mentioned, the designer created a structure without walls, filling, a bottom, or a cover. There are only connecting bridges that lean on each other.
This project is unique because it can only be completed using 3D printing; traditional technologies such as injection molding or milling make it difficult or impossible to achieve.
The lamp appears to be quite complicated, but it’s simple to print using standard bridge printing settings. To obtain a lampshade of the desired height, this printing can be stopped at the end of any layer (maximum – 249 mm).

Interesting Home Decor Ideas For 3D Printing You’ll Love Hydroponic, Self-Watering, Seeds starter, Robert Planters
If you’re like me and forget to water your plants or overwater them, resulting in poor plant health, here’s one solution.
The designer looked into which hydroponic methods would be easiest for beginners and discovered the Wicked and Kratky ways. Then, to push him in terms of design, He decided to use Kratky’s method.
A Kratky system is described as a “set it and forget it” method. Plants are left to their own devices until they reach a specific size. That is partially correct. This is because Kratky is an entirely passive system. There is no need for electricity, pumps, or wick, and the nutrients in the reservoir do not need to be changed as frequently as in other systems.

This was designed as a piece of shelf art and is a lot of fun to play with, but there’s also a hidden compartment inside the bolt. It could be an excellent place to stash some cash or secret documents in case of an emergency.
The nuts have some challenging overhangs, but with 0.15mm layer height, they printed almost perfectly without supports.

Interesting Home Decor Ideas For 3D Printing You’ll Love Wandering Hour Clock
The hours themselves point to the minutes in a wandering hour clock. The outgoing hour points to minute 60 at the top of the hour, while the incoming hour points to minute 0. Wandering hour clocks have been around since the 1600s, but this one uses 3D printing to implement the concept!
This model is based on an IKEA BONDIS case, dial pan, glass, and movement, but it could be scaled on the X/Y axes to fit almost any wall clock case. The movement is moved to the top, and the main gear, which rotates counterclockwise once every three hours, is carried by a 608 bearing in the middle. This gear transports the three cross pieces, each of which has a four-hour capacity. An arc of minutes runs along the bottom, and a bumper runs along the top, rotating each crosspiece 90 degrees every three hours to bring the next set of hours into place.

Interesting Home Decor Ideas For 3D Printing You’ll Love “Deer Scarer” Japanese Fountain
This is a traditional Japanese water fountain designed to tip over on occasion, making a noise that is intended to scare away deer. The concept is straightforward: a tube gradually fills with water, and because it is weighted differently below the hinge, it eventually tips over, emptying the water inside.
To complete this display, you’ll need a water pump, a power supply, screws, and sealant, but it should be worth it for a new sense of calm.
