We don’t often see someone switch to a different lightsaber, much less have it be significant enough to be included in a package like this. Revan, the main character from the first season of Knights of the Old Republic, is unlike most people, though, and he has established himself as someone you don’t want to mess with.
Choosing one lightsaber model from dozens created by Brad Harris (also known as CaseStudyno8) was challenging. Still, we ultimately decided on Revan as a less-expected character with an impressive set of lightsabers. However, Brad’s library has some fantastic works, so be sure to look there. Printing the components in the STL files’ original orientation is advised. The emitter guard should be the only piece needing support, but automatically generated supports should work fine.

This lightsaber appearing on screen came too late, and Carrie Fisher will be sorely missed. This particular item now has a full-length extendable and collapsible blade, which many lightsabers don’t frequently have, and supports dual-extrusion printing. However, considering that 3dprintingworld is a master of collapsing weaponry, this piece is genuinely deserving of the Princess of Alderaan.
Even though this model was created with dual-extrusion, a single-extruder option is also offered. No supports are needed, and printing the blade pieces in vase mode is advised. Additionally, they strongly recommend using a 0.4-mm nozzle with a 0.43-mm line thickness so that the blades are two shells thick. A minimal assembly is needed for this model, just screwing on the caps and inserting the blades.

Obi-Wan Kenobi-Inspired
This design offers two different difficulty levels, in contrast to others on the list. There is a simple design and a more complex assembly with over 14 pieces.
The style is simply referred to as “Star Wars Lightsaber.” Still, we believe Obi-is Wan’s the design that it most closely resembles—possibly with a little bit of Luke Skywalker thrown in. Jacky (also known as Valcrow) has produced a comprehensive walkthrough of the assembly and painting, which is available on YouTube.
Some users needed to scale the pinwheel STL up to 105 percent because they thought it was a little on the small side. We advise trying 102 percent as a happy medium because this might be too much. The pin and switch have also been updated for simpler printing and less cleanup.

“It is very heavy. How come it’s so heavy?” This weapon, which a Mandalorian Jedi forged, is as much a badge of honor as it is a powerful weapon. Cults user Yeetkus was able to modify those techniques for the Darksaber after being inspired by 3dprintingworld’s collapsing lightsaber designs. The modeler described some of their struggles building this piece, going through 22 different design iterations before settling on one.
Printing the Darksaber will need supports on the top and end of the hilt. Except for the “detail rectangle” piece, all of the other files should be in their ready-to-print orientation. Michaelvel designed a belt clip for this model, which could be helpful when cosplaying with this item.

The design of Ahsoka’s lightsabers reflects her outstanding philosophical views. She is a fan favorite and stars in her own Disney+ series. Ahsoka is neither a Jedi nor a Sith, one of the few people with white blades. Brad Harris has once again produced some stunning designs, and they are impressive. In addition to the Clone Wars design, models from Star Wars Rebels are shown.
Although it is stated that all files should be in the correct orientation for printing, results may vary depending on the printer. The handles were also remixed and divided by The Melon Felon to enable printing in separate colors.
